    粮油议购议销始于1962年秋，除粮食部门外，供销系统也议购部分粮食，弥补行业自用之不足。1967年1月，县粮食局发出《关于积极开展粮食议购议销工作的通知》，要求各粮所要从方便群众出发，积极增设门市、利用集市设摊议购，并固定专人负责，打击投机倒把活动。1971年，县粮食局成立粮油议价公司。1984年议价公司实行独立核算。1985年，议购粮食2097万公斤，议购食油48万公斤；议销粮食1239万公斤，议销食油36万公斤。
