    建国后，县法院依照民事诉讼法，根据民法通则和其他民事法律以及有关政策，开展民事案件的受理、审判工作。1949～1986年共受理各类民事案件7338件，审结6456件，结案率为88%。其中婚姻案件4265件，占66%。
