    1956年，县检察院开始受理公民的控告、申诉业务，至1966年共受理人民来信、来访2576件（次）。文化大革命期间中断。1978年检察院恢复后，控告、申诉检察逐步受到重视。1980年4月设信访股，1983年改为控告申诉科。1980～1987年共受理控告申诉1115件（次），提供案件线索37件，纠正错案2件；复查1954～1978年的冤假错案，平反纠正46件，占复查数的71%。
