    1956年12月，法纪检察工作由侦查组负责。至1958年共受理99件，起诉31件，不起诉和免予起诉68件。1961～1965年，法纪检察结合刑事侦查会同有关部门办案，受理严重违法乱纪案件30件，依法处理24件。文化大革命期间，法纪检察工作受到破坏，1978年后恢复。1980～1987年，共受理84件，立案22件24人，不予立案62件，立案的均依法进行处理。
