    1987年5月28日，经民进山东省工委批准，首次在临清市发展扈有宋等3人入会。1989年5月30日，正式成立民进临清市支部委员会。支部委员会设主任委员、副主任委员各1名，扈有宋任主任委员，赵宝泉任副主任委员。1990年民进临清支部共有会员11名。
