    1987年7月9日，经民建山东省委批准，首次在临清市发展邱俊德等9人为会员。1988年1月9日成立民建临清市支部委员会，简称民建临清支部。支委会由3人组成，邱俊德任主任委员，郝一岭任副主任委员，徐鸿喜为委员。1990年民建临清支部有成员9名。
