    宁津县业余音乐爱好者虽多，但从事创作者很少。1965年11月，县广播站播音员赵华芝（天津音乐学院附中毕业）在《大众日报》发表了《送棉小唱》，曲调优美，生活气息很浓。1979年后，原县剧团琵琶演奏员、天津音乐学院附中毕业生于满江调任文化馆音乐辅导员，在搜集挖掘宁津民歌的间隙创作了《浅谈宁津民歌》论文，并创作了歌曲多首，受到德州地区的好评。
