    1926年（民国15年）组织民团，全县设10个区团，1930年民团解体后遂成立10个区保安队。
    1952年2月，全县33个乡均设有武装科，1958年9月，乡武装科改称公社武装部， 1965年有公社武装部25个，1984年3月全县有1个县直、5个镇20个乡人民武装部。
