    县劳动服务公司创办于1981年8月。1983年8月劳动服务公司大楼竣工并投产，设有旅馆、饭店、商店，安置待业人员17名。随之，粮食局、县社、电业局、炼油厂等8家劳动服务公司相继建立，设服务网点23个，安置待业青年246名。这部分人，待招工名额下达后，优先招工安置。
