    1980年至1985年，共受理经济案件101件。其中，立案侦察38起43人，向法院起诉35人，免于起诉1人，不起诉1人，撤案2人。1982年3月，全国人大常委会颁布《关于严惩严重破坏经济的罪犯的决定》后，运用检察职能，打击经济犯罪，自《决定》颁布至1985年底，受理各种经济案件81件（107人），其中立案侦察28件，终结24件。其中提起公诉23件（25人），免诉1件1人，为国家挽回经济损失折合人民币68万元。在立案查处的经济案件中，贪污16起，占57.1%；盗伐滥伐林木5起，占17.9%；其他案件7件，占25%。
