    1958年5月，在夏口街西，徒骇河上初建拦河闸，通过黄瓜刘沟引水灌田。因工程标准低，未发挥效益。
    1959年至1970年，引徒灌区形成。由宫家拦河闸拦蓄徒骇河水，经宫家进水闸流入引徒总干，沿途有郎家、三里庄节制闸分段节制。后径三、四、五分干分送到全县各乡镇灌溉，实灌面积达10余万亩。1971年，引黄灌区形成，引徒停。
