    受理控告和申诉、接待和处理人民来信来访，是检察院一项重要工作。县检察院于1980年成立控告申诉股，受理控告和申诉。1981－1983年，共受理群众来信，来访406件(次)，其中自查94件，转办310件。1984～1985年，共受理群众来信144件、接待群众来访143人次，其中自查19件(次)、转办168件(次)。
