    法纪检察内容：一是“对叛国案、分裂国家案及严重破坏国家的政策、法律、法令、政令统一实施的重大犯罪案，行使检察权。”这是特殊的法纪检察。二是由检察机关直接受理的关于侵犯公民民主权利和渎职罪方面的案件，这是普通的法纪检察。1980－1985年，共起诉10人，免诉11人，批捕10人。
