    1956年3月，设齐河县计划委员会，统一管理全县计划工作。“文化大革命”中，县计划委员会被撤销，计划工作并入县革命委员会生产指挥部。1977年2月，复设计划委员会。至1985年县计划委员会设主任1人、副主任3人，干事4人，计8人组成。
