    清末与民国期间，县无专门制造农具工厂，农村中的铁匠、木匠生产简单农具，如犁、耧、锄、镰、锨、镢等。1954年，赵官镇建农具厂。1955年宣章屯、潘店、焦庙建农具厂，主要生产小型农具及从事农具修理等业务。至1985年共有农具厂16处，从业人员964人，工业产值为455.2万元，生产小农具28万件，修理农具27万件，三车(胶轮大车、胶轮拉车、胶轮手推车)上蓬700辆。
