    1940年2月，武城县妇女救国会（简称妇救会）成立，徐竹筠任负责人。成员有刘影波、崔如芳。妇救会主要任务是宣传抗日救国，组织妇女支前。1945年下半年，妇救会改称妇女部，陈建业任部长，张乃秋、徐坡、李秀敏任委员。
