    1945年，武城县开始建立儿童团组织。1946年，土地改革开始后，全县村村都建立了儿童团。儿童团配合农会会员、民兵站岗放哨，盘查可疑行人，发现无路条者便严加追查，曾多次查出潜回县境的地主、还乡团等坏分子。1947年，全县土地改革胜利结束，儿童团撤销。
