    四女寺地处卫运河畔，屡有货物装卸，当地部分村民从事装卸、搬运工作，且以此为生，成为搬运工人。
    1934年（民国23年）6月，由王仁卿等人发起，并呈请原恩县县党部发给组织许可证，成立四女寺搬运工会。
    1954年，四女寺搬运站撤销，搬运工会解散。
