    西沙河，位于县境西部。河槽宽而浅，土质多沙，沿河村民多受风灾。自清宣统元年（1909年），郭射斗（肖庄人）创办森林公司以来，树木渐长，风势渐消，两岸各村尽受其惠。汛期，上游客水流入，弯蜒北泄，于程官屯入减河。建国后，于1965年曾开挖子河排除沥涝，由于土质皆沙，风吹成丘，子河淹没。1978年，水利局与林业局联合治理沙河，开挖子河长10.2公里，宽6米，深3米。
