    陵县科学技术协会，成立于1963年春，设在县委宣传部。县委副书记高传杰兼主任，宣传部副部长刘玉为副主任。1965年8月，改为科学技术委员会。“文化大革命”期间中止。1980年3月复置科协，刘玉为主任。1981年建立了农学会、林学会、农机学会、水利学会、珠算学会、医学会、教学硏究会，幷进行了公社科协的筹建工作。县科协还配合农业局、科委等单位，进行集日宣传、放映科技电影等活动。
