    抗战初期，本县抗日民主政府设行政科，由科长负责。兼管民政、司法、人事等项工作。各区配有行政（或民政）助理或干事。
    1946年改县行政科为民政科，有科长、工作人员5—7人。各区配民政助理。1958年撤区划乡后，各乡设民政干部（或文书代理）。公社成立后，配民政助理。1961年7月，县民政科改称民政局，设局长、工作人员7—10人。1983年工作人员27人。
