    法律顾问处受司法行政机关的组织领导和业务监督，幷领导律师开展工作。
    本县法律顾问处于1980年11月成立，现有律师二人，工作人员二人。对律师的五项业务均有开展。从1981年至1983年，出庭为刑事被吿人担任辩护22起，民事代理14起，经济合同代理四起，非诉讼代理五起，代写各类法律文书58件，接待来访解答法律询问近千人次。
