    妇女分娩不得在外人家中，因有“血临门要死人”的迷信传说。旧时，以土法接生，产房禁风，室内空气污浊，妇婴死亡率颇高。产房门悬红布，示人忌入。建国后，推行新法接生，妇婴死亡率大大降低。到医院妇产科分娩的也逐年增多。回族妇女产后则用娘家人服伺，并带养赡。还请阿訇“经名”，祈婴儿英俊健康成长。
