    1954年7月，县总工会在车站胜利街建职工俱乐部，内设阅览室、游艺室。1957年3月迁西大桥南。1978年扩建，增设老干部活动室以及篮、排球场。1985年11月改建为文化宫，建筑面积1685平方米，楼房三层，是职工活动的主要场所。
    此外，1985年1月，县棉纺织厂建成职工俱乐部，建筑面积540平方米。
