    实验区地处东经116°38′,北纬36°56′。东西南北分别以老赵牛河、赵牛新河、神屯河、徒骇河及津浦铁路为界。其范围是：石屯、伦镇公社的全部,安仁、城关公社的部分村庄,共124个自然村。全区有4.8万人,130平方公里,有耕地13.9万亩,其中盐碱地11万亩。
