    自1984年5月开始，县科协开展科技咨询服务活动。为加速引进、推广、普及科技成果，更好地为振兴乐陵经济服务，先后与省内外14个单位建立了咨询关系，引进推广了19项新技术、新成果，印发技术资料5.6万份，“牵线搭桥”从外地聘请了一批专家、教授、技术员。乡（镇）科协也相继开展了这项活动。县、乡（镇）科协，不断接待咨询者和回复咨询信件，解决了群众在生产实践中遇到的一些技术性问题。
