    二、参考资料：为系统地提供档案资料的利用，汇编了《乐陵档案展览简介》, 《乐陵小枣栽培方法》, 《会务工作手册》, 《乐陵县行政概况》，地形、生产等参考资料。
    三、提供借阅：随着每个时期全党工作重点的转移，配合社会主义现代化建设的需要，围绕党的中心工作，向县委、县府领导及各部门提供档案资料；为编史修志服务等。
