    境内春季多西南风，冬季多东北、西北风。年平均风速3.4米/秒。3至5月风速最大4.3米/秒；八月风速最小，仅2.3米/秒。建国后历年大风平均31天，最大风速为24米/秒。
    寒潮侵袭，受北方冷空气、气旋及华北地形槽等作用，境内有时出现7至8级大风。
    因东南季风的影响，夏季降水较多，空气湿度最大，冬春最小。年平均相对湿度为65%,8月最高为81%。5月最低为53%（见附表）。
