    乡镇建筑队伍，自70年代以来，从无到有，规模从小到大，陆续发展。1975年7月，城关公社建立了全县第一个建筑工程队。1976年后，先后有刘武官、铁营、花园、双庙赵、杨盘、杨安镇、孔镇、茨头堡、朱集等公社成立了建筑队。到1985年，共有乡（镇）建筑队13个。另外，还有水利局、经委、自来水公司及城关镇小郑村相继建立建筑队和水电暖安装队。
