    建国前，建筑业为分散个体经营或合伙承包，时聚时散，没有固定组织。
    建国后，随着建筑工程的增多和建筑规模的扩大，除县建立建筑企业外，乡（镇）、村专业性建筑队伍也陆续建立，也有不少私人联合组建的建筑班子，承揽县内外的建筑工程。建筑技术水平不断提高，设备不断更新。
