    1976年7月，建立乐陵县第二工业局，有干部、职工7人。1984年5月，改称乐陵县多种经营乡镇企业局。设有办公室、政工股、业务股、财务股及供销公司、展销门市部。1985年，有局长1人，副局长4人，调研员2人，工会主席1人。下设工会、人秘股、业务股、供销公司、总公司、生活服务站、转运站及展销门市部，共有干部、职工83人。
