    1950年，市政府设度量衡检定所，逐步开展计量管理和检定。1958年的“大跃进”和1966年后的“文化大革命”期间，度量衡检定所撤销，计量管理受到冲击。1979年成立市标准计量局，1986年贯彻实施《计量法》，计量工作走上法制管理轨道。
