    建国前，商品购销以私商为主。
    建国后，国营商业和供销合作社商业得到较快发展，并形成市场主渠道。“大跃进”和“文化大革命”期间，供销合作社商业两度合并于国营商业，个体商业基本消失。1978年后，国家改革商品流通体制，实行多渠道经营，商业经济形成以国营商业为主体、集体商业为助手、个体商业为补充的商业体制。
