   1931年，梁漱溟等一部分知识分子，在国民党山东省政府主席韩复榘的支持下，创建山东乡村建设研究院，并以邹平县为实验基地，进行一系列乡村建设实验活动。1937年“七·七”事变后，乡村建设研究院及其实验活动终止。
