    娄忠源，西董乡西赵村人，1946年生于一个贫苦农民家庭。从小热爱共产党，热爱社会主义，以英雄雷锋、王杰为榜样，关心集体，乐于助人。参加共青团组织。任大队民兵排长，积极参加生产劳动和民兵训练活动，深为广大青年敬重。1966年7月3日，在西董公社金马山下三官庙水库，为抢救一名落水儿童而英勇献身。年仅21岁。中共部平县委追认他为革命烈士。山东省委、省政府、省军区为其追记一等功，授予“模范民兵”光荣称号。
