    1950年，县人民银行代理金库，负责办理财政存款和结算。随着经济的发展，财政性存款逐年增加，由1950年的1万元上升到1985年的306万元。1980年后，农业银行、建设银行、工商银行分别受人民银行委托代理财政性存款业务，其财政性存款定期全额上交人民银行。
