    1980年10月，开始筹建县司法局，同年12月6日正式建立，开始办理司法行政业务。同时设立县公证处、县法律顾问处，共有工作人员7人。局址设在旧城南门里路东大礼堂院内。1982年5月局址迁至大礼堂北路西。1983年12月再迁至旧城东门里路南。1984年4月机构改革后，局下设办公室、宣传股、基层调解股。1985年12月，全局有干部20人，职工2人。
