    2006年6月16日，邹平县疾控中心大楼奠基。设计建筑面积15000平方米，共16层，总投资5800万元。
    2007年1月28日，邹平县疾控中心大楼16层封项，标志着主体工程即将竣工。
    2009年8月1日，疾控中心从黄山二路迁至城南新区疾控中心办公楼办公。
    2009年11月27日，县委书记王传民在副县长潘玉兰、卫生局副局长张维德、疾控中心主任姜玉哲
的陪同下对我中心工作进行调研，并视察了疾病预防控制中心运行情况。
    2009年12月1日，邹平县疾病预防控制中心和卫生监督所正式分设办公。
