    2004年初，审计局编制18人，行政编制 16人，工勤人员2人，其中领导职数4人，非领导职数12人。
中层机构设置为办公室、投资股、企业股、行财股、经责办。2007年7月，成立邹平县政府投资项目
审计办公室， 隶属于邹平县审计局管理， 为县财政全额拨款事业单位，核定编制8名，配备主任1名
（副科级）。至2009年底，审计局共有工作人员22人，中层机构设置为办公室、行财股、企业股、经
责办、财金股及政府投资建设项目审计办公室。
