    2004年4月底，成功举办了全县第五期党外青年干部培训班，参加人数40人。2005年，共有5名党
外青年干部被提拔为副局级领导干部。2007年，1名副科级党外干部提拔为县政协副主席，4名同志被
提拔为副科级领导干部。2008年，3名同志被提拔为副科级领导干部。2009年，我县有1名党外优秀同
志被提拔为副科级领导干部，1名副科级领导干部被实职重用。截止2009年底，全县党外干部已达22人，
其中党外县级领导干部5人，党外科级领导干部17人。
