    2004年1月，农业机械管理局内设机构为：办公室、基层管理股、农机监理站、农业机械化学校、
农业机械维修管理服务站、 农业机械技术推广站六个股室。 下设农业机械公司，邹平县拖拉机站。
2004年6月，农业机械公司整体改制组建公司制企业。2008年2月，增加一个内设机构：财务股。至2009
年底，编制38人，实有工作人员40名。
