    2004年以来，县法院着眼于服务经济发展，强化能动司法，始终坚持"调解优先、调判结合"的原
则，努力追求法律效果和社会效果的有机统一。2007年，该院民事审判二庭被评为"全省法院商事审
判工作先进集体"；2008年该院民事审判一庭被评为"省级优秀妇女维权岗"。具体工作情况见下表：
