    2002至2007年10月，行政审批服务中心为临时性机构，中心下设三个科室，即：办公室、综合科、
规费征管科。2007年11月，根据邹编（2007）32号文件为正科级行政单位，隶属县政府办公室，编制5
人。现有24个窗口单位，窗口工作人员86人，中心管理人员13人，下设综合科、规费征管科。规费征
管科由规费各相关部门借调人员负责规费征收工作。
