    从1957年起，实行预备役官兵登记。复员退伍军人编入一类预备役。未服役的适龄青年编入二类预备役。全县共登记预备役40201人（其中军官341名，士兵39860人），一类17869人，二类22332人。1958年实行全民皆兵，停止登记。1980年恢复登记。对预备役官兵设卡、立档管理。1981年实行民兵制度和预备役制度相结合。即基干民兵为一类预备役，普通民兵为二类预备役。1985年全县共编预备役3297人，其中一类2080人，二类1217人。
