    清朝设驿递站铺，博兴县城东门外设总铺。总铺下设：院庄、同光寺（柳桥南）、东北庄（东门）、张夏（店子乡）、伏李（今属博兴镇）五铺。清光绪二十二年（1896年），清政府决定“裁驿归邮”。光绪三十二年（1906年）博兴县清邮政，总铺随之撤销。
