                                      第五节    劳动合同鉴证
  
    1989年3月起，按照劳动部《关于劳动合同鉴证问题的通知》规定，县劳动仲裁机构开始开展劳动合同鉴证业务。1990年起，按照省劳动厅《关于加强劳动合同鉴证工作，巩固鉴证成果的通知》要求，把合同鉴证作为招收录用工人的一个工作环节。1991年起，开展乡镇企业、私营企业和个体工商户招工劳动合同鉴证业务。1992年10月，在县毛纺厂推行全员劳动合同制试点，取得成功。1994年8月，县政府批转县劳动局《关于企业全面实行劳动合同制度的实施意见》，在国有、集体企业中全面推行全员劳动合同制。至2007年11月，共鉴证劳动合同36048份。是月起，按照国家劳动和社会保障部《关于废止部分劳动和社会保障规章的决定》的要求，全面停止劳动合同鉴证工作。
