                                      第六章    残疾人联合会
  


    1989年10月，成立县残疾人联合会（简称县残联），为正科级事业单位，由县民政局代管。1991年12月，成立乡镇残疾人联合会。1994年7月，成立县人民政府残疾人工作协调委员会，由26个成员单位组成，秘书处设在县残联，负责对残疾人事业方针、政策实施工作进行综合协调，解决残疾人工作中的重大问题。2000年5月，县残联由民政局代管调整为由县政府直接领导。2007年，县残联设办公室、康复部和就业服务所，辖10个乡镇残联，443个村残疾人协会。
