    县政协参照《政协全国委员会提案工作条例》，制定《政协沾化县委员会提案工
作简则》，1990年4月20日三届一次常委会议审议通过，会后实施。1993年3月31日，
县政协四届一次常委（扩大） 会议将《提案工作简则》 修订为《提案工作条例》。
1995年7月19日县政协四届十四次常委会议，重新修订《提案工作条例》，实施至今。
