    1990年4月，县政协三届一次常委会议审议通过《提案工作简则》；1993年3月，
县政协四届一次常委（扩大） 会议将《提案工作简则》 修订为《提案工作条例》；
1995年7月，根据省政协《提案工作条例》，四届十四次常委会议又重新修订本会
《提案工作条例》，对提案提出、审查、立案、办理、反馈、评比表彰等都作出规定，
使提案工作更加规范化、制度化。（详见《建章立制》）
