    1987年2月21日， 县政协召开一届十六次常委会议。会议学习中共中央组织部、
统战部关于政协换届工作的有关文件，讨论通过县政协换届工作方案。会议决定，下
届政协增加“台属界”，由14个界别增加到15个，政协委员数额由100名(一届一次会
议实有协委员97名)扩展到130名，常委会组成人员扩展到21名。
